About us
Welcome to the Proact Medical Ltd Website. We are now deep in to our 13th year of trading and we have undergone a number of changes in recent months that will allow us to improve facilities, to employ more staff, & continue to offer the very best Customer Service whilst still undergoing tremendous business growth.
PROACT have been supplying quality products to the NHS, private organisations and distributors at wholesale prices since 1995. The PROACT philosophy has always been to minimise overheads, buy in bulk and pass the savings on, to offer brand name products at value-for-money prices. We are so confident that our prices are the lowest in the marketplace that we offer to beat any competitors' price for a like-for-like item.
We aim to provide a one-stop shop to meet our Customer's requirements so if you cannot find what you are looking for, please give us a call and we will do all we can to source the exact product that you require at no extra charge. PROACT already have a huge range of specially sourced non-catalogue items available - the chances are we already have the products you are looking for. We pride ourselves on doing it faster, better and with more cost effectively than anyone else!

PROACT - Our Home..
22,000 sq. ft, air conditioned office and warehouse space with fully equipped training rooms for both customers & staff enabling a comprehensive level of customer service & support. A new service centre is dedicated to fast turn around of all customers repairs and in-house service requirements.
PROACT moved into their new home at Oakley Hay in 2004 and have recently added an additional 10,000 sq. ft of warehousing capacity to ensure continuity in supply of essential products to you, our customers.
PROACT have also acquired land to the rear of the main building, and plan a purpose-built bulk storage facility in the near future.
We are now able to hold the most stock ever in our
history and continue to re-invest in stock as the business grows. This enables us to get the products you require, to you, on time, and with minimum fuss. |

PROACT - In the Market Place..
PROACT have always believed in talking to our customers direct. We have always had a large presence at exhibitions and conferences up and down the land. The annual Ambex Conference and the AfPP Meetings, both in Harrogate, are our key events and always provide excellent responses. They give us a chance to showcase our extensive product range and talk to both customers and supply chain representatives. There is never a moment to stop throughout the entire event proving how vital these events are to PROACT’s future plans and development.
PROACT feature in many medical journals and magazines - in 2006 we placed advertising and editorial in 13 different publications. Despite this being the age of the internet, we still believe we need coverage in the print media. We send out press releases on new products and developments every fortnight, and
feature heavily on national publications such as Ambulance Life, Operating Theatre Journal, Clinical Services Journal, The New Generalist, Ambulance UK, HES, On the Bell and Inside Hospitals.
