With several new products ranges and brand new product catalogue to be launched, Ambex 2006 promised so much for PROACT - and it didn't disappoint.
Many more customer contacts were taken, asking for a brand new catalogue (which went down very well at the show). The new products also received very good responses - the PRO-Breathe range of airway management products especially. Many products from the range are already standard equipment for several ambulance services across the UK - after Ambex, that number now looks as if it will increase!
We were once again lucky to receive the help of Jeff Eitriem from Nonin who had queues of delegates waiting for demonstrations on Nonin's oximetry products. In fact there were also queues of delegates wishing to purchase their own Onyx 9500 or Onyx II 9550. We sold more units on the first day than we did during the entire show in 2005!
Other products that received a good response include the Tru-View Evo II laryngoscope, Oridion's Microstream Capnography, PROACT range of emergency kit bags, and our market leading range of Metal Max laryngoscopes.
We wish to thank everyone who attended the show and visited our stand. Despite the current market climate in the NHS and throughout the Ambulance Services in the UK, PROACT are very happy with the business and support we have received.
We look forward to Ambex 2007 but until then, we hope we can count on your continued support, and here's to a busy up and coming 12 months.
