• Euroanaesthesia Exhibition - Helsinki - 12-14th June 2010 - www.euroanaesthesia.org - Stand K3 - Proact would like to thank everyone who attended our stand at this year's Euroanaesthesia Congress in Helsinki. The preview of the new Baska Mask again proved extremely popular with a huge number of anaesthetists enquiring after the product and given explanations of how the new BM is designed to offer superior gastric management. All in all this was a very succesful trade exhibition with many anaesthetists from all over the world being impressed by PROACT's quality and range and being put in touch with PROACT's local distributors.

• SCCT Spring Study Day - St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington - 19 March 2010 - www.criticalcaretech.org.uk - At the Spring Study Day this year PROACT displayed a selection Blood Pressure Cuffs and Airway Management equipment, including Laryngeal Airways. Additionally, in line with the Cheetah Non-Invasive Cardiac Monitor (NICOM) on display, delegates also attended a lecture by Professor Michael R Pinksy, MD on 'Using Functual Hemodynamic Montioring Principals to Guide Resuscitation.' • AAGBI Winter Meeting - Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre - 20-22nd January 2010 - www.aagbi.org/events.htm - Stand 49 - At this years Winter Association of Anaesthetists meeting, PROACT were proud to unveil for the first time the new Baska Mask. The 3rd generation Supraglottic Airway is set to revolutionise airway management when it is released next year. Also generating a great deal of interest was our range of Cheetah Reliant NICOM's - a totally non-invasive Cardiac Output monitor that minimises the risk of patient trauma or infection as well as offering real-time cardiac output readings amd assisting fluid optimisation.
