| PROACT Medical have launched several new brochures which promote the entire PRO-Breathe range of Airway Management products. | 4th February 2007 - PROACT Become An Offical Medair Distributors |
PROACT Medical have become the distributor for Medair finger pulse oximetry and will be exclusivly supplying Medair's OxyCheck pulse oximeter in the UK. PROACT will also be supplying the full Medair range including their Table Top pulse oximeter and Capnographs in the Irish Republic through Isis Medical.
Medair were acquired by Nonin Medical in 2006 who are the WORLD's largest supplier of quality pulse oximetry - selling over 1 million units world-wide. The OxyCheck has been designed and built especially for homecare use. With a company like Nonin behind it, you can be assured that the build quality will be superb, whilst the readouts will be nothing less than fast and accurate. | 31st January 2008 - All Change in the North of England |
Several changes to PROACT staff are taking place in the north of the country during February – with North East sales manager Liz Turnbull leaving the company, and being replaced with current North West sales manager Mark Surtees.
Both PROACT staff and customers would like to thank Liz for all of her hard efforts during the many years she spent with PROACT, and wish her the best of luck with her future career.
Meanwhile, Philip Herbert will take over the North West region on behalf of PROACT. Phil has worked with PROACT in the past as a Service Engineer for several years, and also worked alongside other current PROACT employees in other roles. His wealth of experience and product knowledge will prove to be useful during his time at PROACT.

| 11th January 2008 - New Contact Numbers for PROACT |
With the imminent decomissioning of all 0870 telephone numbers in the UK, PROACT now have new Telephone and Fax numbers.
Telephone - 0847 051 4244 (local rate)
Fax - 0845 051 4255 (local rate)
The current 0870 numbers will still work until March however please use the new 0845 numbers as soon as possible - and be sure to update your database records.

| 4th January 2008 - Note to PROACT Customers |
On the 3rd of Jan 2008, PROACT Medical had a major overhaul of its websites and e-mail facilities which also included moving hosting companies for the main website. During this time we experienced an e-mail service outage for around 24 hours. During this period we could not receive e-mails.
We apologise to customers who attempted to contact the PROACT team via e-mail and we are happy to announce that both the website and e-mail are once again working as normal.
We thank you for your continued custom and would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.
