The Staff of PROACT Medical were given a chance to let their hair down for one night as the company's Christmas Dinner took place on Friday night. Wine flowed, conversation was made, S-Club 7 were played at 20 decibels too high in the background!

Many thanks must go to the staff at the Hilton Corby for putting on such a great Casino Evening. The food was superb and the service excellent. Unfortunately, not many of the PROACT staff were very good at the Casino part of the evening. But a good time was had by all.

The evening was a chance for all of the staff to get together with their friends and colleges and celebrate what has been a fantastic year for PROACT Medical. With record sales and many major changes at the company, the foundations have been set for 2005 to be an even better year at PROACT.

We wish both our staff and customers a very MERRY Christmas, and a happy new year.

Since the last PROACT News, we have taken on 7 new staff to help cope with the continued business growth and to ensure our customer service remains outstanding. Today, we focus on Philip Sharman and Jennie Brownlie who have joined our already PROACTive Customer Service Team. Both help maintain and develop our Database which holds thousands of contacts. They are also part of our trained product specialist team, allowing PROACT Medical to offer an even better standard of service to you the customer.

Both Jennie and Philip have seen both versions of PROACT. From it’s humble beginnings in Kettering to our new building in Great Oakley. And both will be key in PROACT continuing it’s healthy growth for our next 10 years.

September 2004 is a special month for PROACT as it signals our 10th year of trading. Since 1995, PROACT has tried it’s utmost to supply you the customer with the highest quality products at low, affordable prices. 10 years on, this is still our mantra, and there have been some major changes at the company to help us continue to offer you the best customer service possible.

In Spring 2004, PROACT left it’s “homely” premises at Cobden Street, Kettering to relocate to the Oakley Hay Business Park, 5 miles up the Road. 12,000 sq. ft, Air Conditioned Office and Warehouse Space with Fully Equipped Training and Show Rooms for both Customers & Staff enabling a comprehensively Better Level of Customer Service & Support. A New Service Centre is dedicated to fast turnaround of all Customers Repairs and In-House Service Requirements.

NEW WEBSITE! - The company web site has been key at promoting the PROACT brand and to help continue this, it was decided a full re-design of the website was needed. And as you can see, it is a vast improvement on it's predecessor. Many thanks must go to Jordan IT for helping with the design and for putting in many hours work constructing it.
