Interested in the history of PROACT Medical?

Established in 1995, PROACT began as a humble one-man operation in Didcot, Oxon, originally supplying Nonin Patient Monitors, Envitec Sensors and Truphatek Laryngoscope Blades, for which we became the exclusive UK importer and wholesaler.

Since this time, the Company has grown substantially in size. Today, our head office is located right in the heart of the UK in Northamptonshire, to encompass our fast response service to both our North & South customers equally. This has also allowed us to enhance facilities, employ more staff and continue to offer the very best Customer Service whilst still undergoing tremendous business growth. PROACT is now recognised as one of the most trusted medical companies in the UK.

We supply directly to NHS Trusts, Ambulance Services and to Private Hospital Groups (e.g. Bupa); via distribution routes such as NHS Supply Chain and also into Europe and also to the Middle East, via a network of distributors.

In 2002 PROACT Medical became an ISO 9001 registered company and since then has strived to source and sell quality made medical products throughout the UK and overseas.

PROACT has seen extensive growth over the years and now has over 40 employees and supply medical equipment to over 2000 customers.

We are proud to be the UK's official distributor for brands such as Nonin Medical, Creative, Heine, Bexamed and Hua'an Medical.
